Health and Safety

Woodsome Hall Golf Club kindly requests that all visitors note the following:

Signage

Within the areas adjacent to the club house and on the golf course signage is in place to aid safe passage; these directions and guidance should be followed at all times.

Golf Shoes

Appropriate studs/spikes should be used for the prevailing weather and ground conditions; particular care is urged on grassy slopes.

Paths

Designated paths, steps, walkways and bridges should be used where available.

Course Safety

Those using the golf course should always ensure others are out of range before commencing play, and that the traditional cry of ‘Fore’ is immediately used should a shot occur which may prove to be dangerous.

Buggies

Woodsome Hall Golf Club is situated in undulating parkland, and care should be taken when driving buggies. Clear directional signage is in place to aid safety and enjoyment of the golf course and should be observed at all times.  The Club has a small number of buggies for hire, these can be booked through the Professionals Shop.  Please note only buggies supplied by Woodsome Hall Golf Club are allowed on the course.
